At present, the situation of "black swan" is basically under control and stable. In order to reduce risks, prevention work is still being carried out. Ear temperature guns, forehead temperature guns, masks, and of course, thermal imaging temperature measurement gate machines are commonly used in many occasions.
Below is a specific analysis of the five selection methods for the thermal imaging temperature measurement system of the thermal imaging door guard machine.
Method 1: Computer+thermal imaging camera+tripod
Due to time constraints, many manufacturers have come up with a quick solution, which is to use a thermal imaging camera with a tripod and a computer, and then connect the computer to a TV or monitor via HDMI or VGA to start running. The advantage of this method is that it is fast to build, the computer supply is sufficient, the camera parameters are easy to adjust, and some manufacturers can record body temperature data, which is a good way. But the downside is that firstly, computers are relatively expensive, and secondly, the computer itself is unstable and cannot run stably for a long time. We all know that the current Windows system, especially the operating system that comes with some branded computers, consumes a lot of memory, and various problems arise when running for a long time. Moreover, computers have many vulnerabilities, which those who frequently come into contact with computers know. Another issue is the various settings of computer software, which can lead to a lot of unprofessional after-sales problems.
Method 2: Thermal imaging camera+conference tablet mode
Some manufacturers have launched a thermal imaging camera+conference tablet mode, which has the advantage of integration. We know that conference tablets come with a PC, but the so-called tablet is actually a computer+touch screen+tablet software, which is equivalent to a transformation of the first method, but it looks quite impressive. The downside of this is that the tablet itself is expensive and uses a PC+computer operating system model, and the transportation of the tablet is also troublesome.
Method 3: My preferred method is the mode of thermal imaging camera+recorder+smart TV
We know that in many places, due to tight schedules and heavy tasks, operators have to look at both people and computers, which can be difficult for them at times. Many of their demands are simple. So I suggest using this mode, which can store and output in high definition, and the camera comes with a temperature abnormality alarm prompt, which can also be pushed. And the price of the recorder and hard drive is very cheap, they can record and output in high definition. The monitor can be customized according to your needs. This one is equipped with Xiaomi's 43 inch smart TV. These wires can be tied to the pillar merchant or a hole can be opened for the supporting pillar to walk from inside. This is just a test, so the wiring is a bit messy.
Method 4: Thermal imaging camera+smart TV+memory card.
In some places, if you want simplicity, display, alarm, and storage, then it's even simpler. On the basis of the above method, you can remove the NVR and simply insert a 64GB or 128GB storage card into the thermal imaging camera, which can also support storage for two to three days. This method is also very simple, which is to directly plug the thermal imaging camera into the network port of the smart TV, and then install an Android client on the smart TV, such as Hikvision's IVMS-4500 software, to achieve real-time display.
Method 5: Thermal imaging camera+smart TV+memory card+4G router
This method has been upgraded from the previous one, which allows you to plug in 4G or a router to release WIFI, and then watch remotely on your phone. Of course, this 4G router can also be applied in the above ways. Why do I use this? Because I don't know what the problem is with the wired network port of the Xiaomi TV I bought, and I have been unable to specify a fixed wired IP. So I thought about using this router to connect the camera to the router, and then connect the cable TV to the WiFi released by the router. The effect is still good.
